Great foods to eat for flat Abs

It’s sad but true, yes…we do have to eat good foods to get flat abs. You can eat and eat and still have flat abs but it’s got to be the right things. If you really want flat abs you do have to change your diet, it’s a fact. It’s always hard to develop abs but it’s com’on they do look great. Below I’ve listed a few foods that I’ve tried myself and I do enjoy most of these foods.

  1. Almonds
    Great for protein and these are delicious. Try eat an ounce a day (around 23), this is approximately 160 calories.
  2. Eggs
    Easy to eat and beautiful, can go with pretty much anything. I eat eggs in the morning and at night, I do like these with sausages now and again. You won’t find a more perfect protein source, Period.
  3. Tuna
    This is my favourite food EVER, I absolutely love Tuna, I can eat this with anything. I like this most with salad. I also like this with bread, give tuna a try it’s beautiful.
  4. Apples
    You should already know that Apples are good for you. Try eat these on your break at work or college. Red and Green apples are good for you so try eat 1/2 a day to keep up your nutrition levels.
  5. Oranges
    Again another great fruit to eat, Oranges are tasty and easy to eat. You can purchase these at your local supermarket for a few dollars and their easy enough to take to work or college and eat within seconds.
  6. Soy
    Soybeans are a great source of antioxidants, fiber, and protein. Plus, they’re incredibly versatile. Snack on dry-roasted soybeans, toss shelled edamame into soups, and slip a spoonful of silken tofu into your morning smoothie.
  7. Berries
    Not the best of foods but they are eat able, maybe it’s just me but I don’t like these that much. I’m a fussy eater. Give these a go and let me know what you think of them.
  8. Yogurt
    This again has to be one of my favourite foods, I tend to eat these after meals or for a starter, these can translate into gas, bloating and constipation.
  9. Veggie Soup
    Gotta love Veggie Soup, I eat these daily just because they feel and taste great. I’m pretty sure you can pick these up in most supermarkets for very cheap, give them a go their very nice.
  10. Salmon
    Simple seafood, especially fatty though, try not to eat too much. It’s similar to such foods like tuna and mackerel and other fish foods.

Let me know how you get on with these foods, their fantastic for getting flat abs and fantastic for getting that ripped look.
