I have been using Phen375 for two weeks. But with a strict diet and exercise regime. To be honest the results are what I would have expected even without using Phen375. However, the great thing about Phen375 is that it gives you the extra energy boost to go to the gym every day. The only down side is the fact that the caffeine makes you stay awake and the most awkward part is that at night you feel tired because of the gym but not sleepy at all. I have been using this for a week now and am very impressed indeed. It suppresses the appetite as well as making you thirsty, thus drinking water is not such a chore. I have not had any significant side effects except the tingling of the tongue just after I take it. Also, if you do not drink enough water you will feel a very slight burning sensation in the stomach immediately after, though this is not extensive enough to cause discomfort or concern. I have not had any problems sleeping as per other reviewers. I have not used the scales, though have been told I have lost weight by almost everyone I have been in contact with over the past couple of days. I have now purchased my second batch, as summer is now here! However, I would like to know how long it is safe to use this product for.

Maximuscle recommend that you take this product three times a day for optimum results – unfortunately some people find that taking such a large amount of caffeine that late in the evening can upset their sleep.
I’ve been using Thermobol just in the morning and afternoon with some good results – but its important to try not to drink too much other caffeinated drinks.
It also contains Bitter Orange Peel which helps you to feel fuller longer and quicker – it certainly helps me as a light lunch satisfies much more than without Thermobol.
