So most women I know want flat abs, everybody wants them. So for the women’s abs diet you will really need to have a consistent diet that runs high protein foods. However most women are stuck when it comes to finding the right foods to eat that have high protein. Try to cut down on the high carbs and switch it up for protein foods such as Tuna, Chicken breast and Pork Chop also try Hamburger patty their fairly nice.
Foods that are high in protein are a must for women who want abs. If you want those fantastic looking abs you must eat high protein foods in your meals. While you won’t be eating as much protein as men do you still need to eat a fair amount of protein. As I said above include eggs, milk, fish, tuna and protein bars and drinks. You can get protein bars and drinks from places like Vending machines or eBay.
Aside from the protein foods, your abs diet should also include some fresh vegetables. And if you want to keep these abs you must get rid of all the fatty foods in your diet. The number one reason my girlfriend never had abs was because she always eat take away foods on the weekend, when she stopped having takeaways she got a 6 pack in no time.
Remember just because your on a high-protein diet doesn’t mean you can avoid carbs all together. You will need to eat carb foods for best results, eat foods that are high in fiber and are of the wholemeal varieties. Avoid consuming white bread and food products made from bleached flour. Your abs diet can include foods that are rich in carbohydrates such as brown rice, potatoes, oatmeal, high fiber cereals and breads.
Try use some free internet software to keep track of your diet too, it’s always good to see progress. Also when you are on your abs diet, eat moderately. Avoid eating lots of foods it’s just not needed. Try eat several small meals daily, stay away from 2-3 big meals because it’s just not worth it. Doing this will help your metabolism and it will prevent you from being bloated and tired after every meal.
